#1: Improved the skills of remote project managers with MiApproach and MiMentor

Issue
A major manufacturer, with project managers located throughout the United States, needed to improve the skills of their project managers without bringing them together physically. The training needed to be consistent with a standard project management process that was to be developed.

Action
IreeTec crafted a mentoring program that could be administered centrally, but implemented locally. MiApproach and MiMentor – IreeTec’s online methodology and collection of best practices, tips, and templates – were the foundation for the program. MiApproach provided the standard process on which to train, MiMentor provided the advanced techniques, and the combination provided the flexibility to build their skills just-in-time.
