Issue
This consulting company recently completed a merger of three complementary companies. During the merger process, they determined that project management expertise was going to be a key to their success.
Action
IreeTec worked with them to develop a customized project management methodology based on MiApproach. We created a roll-out program that combined organizational change activities and training to jump-start adoption. Throughout the project, we developed a team of champions who then delivered the training, led the adoption through example, and became the internal subject-matter experts. Future training will be developed using MiMentor and The Successful Project Manager.
